Returns

Unused gear can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. Unused means what it says — a mirror you decided against is returnable; a resistance band that has done three weeks of banded turns is not.

Memberships and digital services

CaddieInsight Pro and other digital services are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused. A refunded order removes the access it granted. Pro passes are fixed-length — 31 days for the 1-month option, 365 days for the 12-month — and expire on their own; nothing renews unless you choose to buy again.

The app's free plan — three full analyses per calendar month — never expires and requires no purchase at all.
