After checkout, create or log in to CaddieInsight with the same email you used in Shopify. When the paid-order webhook arrives, Pro is added to that account.

What every analysis includes

How your upgrade unlocks
Check out with the email you use — or will use — for your CaddieInsight account. When the order is paid, Shopify notifies the CaddieInsight app directly and Pro time is added to the account matching that checkout email. No codes to enter. Bought before signing up? The purchase waits and is claimed automatically the first time that email creates an account or logs in. One month adds 31 days, twelve months adds 365, and quantities stack.

Cancellation & refunds
A Pro term simply expires at the end of its 31 or 365 days — there is no automatic renewal to cancel. If you have not used Pro, it is refundable within 14 days of purchase.
