How should I film my swing?
Phone at hip height, face-on, ball on a tee — portrait clips straight off a phone work fine. Down-the-line clips get tempo & rhythm only for now; film face-on for the full report.
Do I need to trim the clip first?
No. Upload the whole clip — CaddieInsight listens for audible strikes and separates detected swings automatically. If a strike is not audible or detection misses it, you can supply a manual strike time.
Why do I have to choose a club?
For irons, hybrids, fairway woods, and drivers, supported club context helps rank responsible coaching. CaddieInsight requires the club before upload and keeps it with the report. A wedge is stored and used for matched comparisons, but its coaching remains neutral until shot intent and lie are captured.
Can I delete my swing history and start over?
Yes. Your account includes a deliberate delete-history flow so you can remove prior sessions and restart your practice record.
What does the free plan include?
One full swing analysis per calendar month, free forever. It produces the complete report: metrics table, key-position strip, centerline overlay, slow motion, and coaching notes. Pro adds unlimited filming; Coach adds the annotated replay, the progress dashboard, and the matched re-film verdict.
What do the paid plans cost?
Pro is $9.99/month or $69.99 for a full year. Coach is $19.99/month or $139.99/year and adds the replay, the dashboard, and the proof cycle. The Founders Pass is one payment of $249, includes every Coach feature for good, and never renews — only the first 100 members can buy one, because a lifetime product is only honest if the business can afford to keep running it.
How does Pro unlock after I buy it here?
Pro connects to the CaddieInsight account linked to your purchase email. After checkout, open the app to sign in or finish account setup; access activates when the paid order is confirmed.
Does it work for left-handed golfers?
Yes. Choose your handedness when you upload, and every measurement, overlay, and coaching note is computed for a left-handed swing.
How long does gear take to arrive?
Training aids ship from partner warehouses. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and U.S. delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, with tracking emailed at dispatch.
What if a training aid isn't right for me?

Can I get a refund on Pro?
