The protocol
Address Audit
- Set the mirror face-on and take your address.
- Match posture, ball position, and shoulder tilt to the address frame from your last report strip.
- Close your eyes, reset, open, and check again.

Re-film: done when the new report's address frame matches the picture you built in the mirror.
Top-Position Freeze
- Swing to the top and hold.
- Check the head in the mirror: it should sit inside the trail foot, not drifted past it.
- Lower slowly and repeat.
- Add a ball once three holds in a row look right.

Re-film: done when head sway reads under 0.35 shoulder widths from address to the top.
Impact Behind the Ball
- Rehearse slow-motion swings to impact and hold.
- Check the head against your address reference: CaddieInsight's ideal puts it about 0.10 shoulder widths behind where it started.
- Groove that stay-behind feel at half speed before adding pace.
