How your upgrade unlocks
Check out with the email you use — or will use — for your CaddieInsight account. When the order is paid, Shopify notifies the CaddieInsight app directly and membership time is added to the account matching that checkout email. No codes to enter. Bought before signing up? The purchase waits and is claimed automatically the first time that email creates an account or logs in. A month adds 31 days, twelve months adds 365, the Founders Pass adds Coach for good, and quantities stack.

Cancellation & refunds
If you choose a subscription option at checkout, it renews automatically — cancel anytime from your store account, and your membership keeps running to the end of the period you've paid for. A one-time pass simply expires when its days run out; nothing renews on its own. The Founders Pass is a single payment: no renewal, ever. If you have not used your membership, it is refundable within 14 days of purchase.
